For over a decade, I’ve worked at the intersection of holistic wellness, business strategy, and leadership development—helping high-performing women dissolve internal blocks and step into their highest expression.
As a licensed acupuncturist specializing in women’s health, I developed a deep ability to read energy and identify misalignment—not just in the body, but in confidence, leadership, and success.
Later, as a business mentor, I have coached over 150 women to release limiting beliefs, own their value, and achieve next-level results—without burning out or abandoning themselves in the process.
